Ice Water bucket Challenge

Yesterday I was nominated by my friend Simon Lord to take on the ALS challenge, which involves pouring ice cold water over your head and donating to the cause.

Tonight I did it and nominated three more of my friends to do the same.

Not the most flattering self portrait, but it is for charity.

I like how this has gone viral globally and it's great to see so many high profile celebrities getting involved. Even ex-presidents, actors, singers sports personalities, corporate big men/women and all the motogp riders have excepted the challenge. There are many funny videos out there if you want a laugh.
