Pools of Light

The buckets, spades and nets; the bodyboards, suncream and hats; the bat, the ball and the book, have all been put away, for the day is at an end. Time for a leisurely barefoot stroll along the beach to the rocks, to watch the sun cast its last long rays into the shrinking pools.
And so to bed. We can do it all again tomorrow.........
