NEW BOILER = PRONTO BATH!

Now, I appreciate that this is a bit of a sad thing to get excited about, but for the past 4 years, it's taken 25 minutes to run a bath. Tah DAH!! 7 minutes

(Can anyone else see the floor-flooding potential here?!)
