A first
I've never brought a fitness magazine before in my life but I decided to give it a go as I spotted a section about some different stretches and I am always on the look out for different things I can do to help support my dodgy knees and back. I am actually really impressed with it, it's seems very inclusive of every type of runner and some good tips. Now if only sports shops and brands would become more inclusive of plus sized runners.
