Campeones!

Pol, Emily and Andy work in El Caseron which we call 'Champions', after the supermarket which used to be across the way! They are a wonderfully attentive crew with customer service at the top of their list. The young owner of the place, not pictured, sets high standards of food quality and presentation...he gets it and so do they! They were all delighted with the attention of being blipped, and it reminds me always of the benefits of making a little bit more of a breakthrough with people you value every day.
