Courgette loaf cake

This delicious cake made by M is one way in which we use up those many many courgettes from the allotment. Unfortunately for me it contains lots of walnuts one of which has had a disagreement with my front tooth and taking a chunk from it . I think I am going to feel a little silly telling my dentist that I broke my tooth on courgette cake!
