Skewered

For today's dinner I thought I'd try something out of a recipe book, rather than out of a packet. So may I present:

Coconut-crusted king prawns

Salad of spring onion and cucumber ribbons drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil

Basmati rice with crushed roasted coriander seeds and chopped fresh coriander

... and very nice it was too!
