Getting back into the academic mindset with some recommended reading, as well as sorting through some old files to find anything relevant for future development. the intersections between anthropology and social work are more numerous than anticipated - bringing a sense of relief that a) I'm not as grossly underprepared as I might feel and b) my undergraduate degree wasn't such a frivolous waste after all. Lots of nice meaty themes and all sorts of shiny intellectual toys to play with. Brain happy. Should probably be washing the dishes mind.
