Fire Sale

There was a silent auction of members' unwanted equipment at the NCWA picnic on Saturday.

One of the members brought some items which survived a fire that destroyed his workshop. He was very glad that he'd insured everything for replacement cost, and had a complete photographic record of the contents!

These are three of the ten clamps I bought from him at a very good price. Any woodworker will tell you that "you can never have too many clamps". With a wire brush wheel mounted on my bench grinder, it didn't take long to clean up the first two.
