Sofa King Angry
I have staff who are leaving. This is a good thing, as they are not up to scratch, however in the short term I am in the shit.i arranged for an agency worker to help the workload, the plan was they would start today and work through to end of September. This would allow this person to learn the ropes while we're fully staffed.
The agency worked turned up today, and said he was told he's only there for a few days. And he had a job interview tomorrow and if he got that job he'd be taking it right away. So no point in staying with us!
Waste of fucking time.
I also was meant to be at a regional meeting today. I thought it was tomorrow. I spent fucking ages preparing for this meeting and it was fucking today!!
And then, the icing on the cake, our sofas aren't coming!!!
Apparently they are no longer made.
This is after we were told it wasn't available, and spent an evening sofa shopping. Then we were told it was BACK in stock, and it would be delivered as scheduled. McCombers called home base today as we had not had any further conformation, about delivery times or anything. She was told that this sofa is no longer made, and is in the old brochure!
How the fuck did it take us calling them, THE DAY BEFORE it was due to be delivered.
They were kind enough to offer us a code to get £20 off our next purchase.
I don't want £20 off. I want my sofas! And if I can't get them, I want to be told BEFORE I'VE WAITED FOR FUCKING WEEKS!!
Utter fucking shambles!!
