Past Friends

Hygienist first thing (got a "well done").

Back home to prepare tea and catch up on some admin.

Visit to a friends house, where 4 other friends were to join them for lunch. I haven't seen these friends for at least 6 months, they are my quilting friends and we used to meet once a fortnight. However with the pressure of work and my pa-in-law moving nearer, I gave up this group (had an open invitation to return). Lovely to catch up with their news and share my news with them.

Back home briefly before going to Weight Watchers - stayed the same which is good especially after the Indian meal last night!

Hump day tomorrow, countdown of my last three days before hols.
