How to innovate your yoghurt...

That was the brilliant and clever task set for young people taking part in an event we were part of running today.

The event was bringing young people together from across the country to discuss the government youth employment strategy, which is being updated to take on board recent research and recommendations.

To get everyone into the zone of thinking about innovative solutions and recognising they all have great ideas, this task focused on how you redesign yoghurt - packaging and all.

The twist was different groups tackled it as if they were working for different companies - some for Apple and some for Disney. It was genius - so many fantastic ideas and such energy in the room.

This Disney yoghurt pot lid was my fave - especially as the "ears" convert into a spoon AND a straw - so that you can be all lovely and share with your bestie!
