The Fruits of our Labours!

Phew! Seem to have spent all day on this....made 2 vats of courgette soup as they were taking over the kitchen. The tomato sauce destined for the freezer was made last evening. R picked the raspberries, they're delicious this year & producing very well. Must have heard that they're going this year.

Then I made the quiche for supper using up bits & pieces from the fridge. I always blind bake the pastry case. Tomatoes from the greenhouse & spinach completed the meal. I think I deserved the glass of wine!

I also ironed & wrote a letter & a card. Thank you for all your generous comments on my MM contribution.
