How to worm a cat

Round One:

Creep up behind him when fast asleep, grab firmly by scruff of neck and shove pill down his throat.

Result: Taz 10 – me.

Emergency visit to doctor for anti-tetanus injection, and treatment for severe scratching to cuts on arms and face.


Round Two:
Put pill in food and walk away.

Taz sniffs it in disdain, and struts out of house with nose in the air. He goes to his second home, a neighbour for two days.

Result: a draw

Round Three
Starve him for 12 hours. Place pill in his favourite food, sardines.

Result: he eats it straightaway.
