Beautiful Loos.

Even the toilets in Golden Acre Park, Leeds have the most beautiful hanging baskets!
The rest of the photos were taken on our walk round the park today.
Really looking at its best in the sunshine, although after lunch it clouded over, and we had a few spots of rain.

Lovely home made carrot and coriander soup sat outside the café on the terrace, overlooking the gardens.
They are building an impressive extension. Hope when it is finished they have the extra staff to cope, as we had to queue for ages.

One of the things I like about this park is the vegetable garden.
Bottom middle photo you can see one of the pumpkins that looks about ready.
( much too early for Halloween!)

After lunch we had a walk through the woods up to" Paul's Pond" which is where I took the photo of the young moorhen ( bottom right)

A lovely place to visit at any time of year.
