Nearly.....

....a bee shot.

The sun was lovely this morning feeling deceptively warm on your back, but the air was chill.

I had a look around the garden and as predicted the petals on Sunday's poppy had been completely stripped.

I liked the sun coming though this lavender and just as I snapped it a bee fleetingly came and went. Sadly not in focus but I still liked the shot.

Last night we had home made Ratatouille to use up some of our tomatoes and today we have picked another whole bowl full so will make some tomato sauce for pasta as well as eating some with salad.

If there are more ready by the weekend I think I will have to consider making some soup to freeze. Certainly a bumper crop this year.
