.. from the rectangular tart tin is Cherry Bakewell tart. I hadn't intended baking this morning as Taz was due to go to the vet's for a blood test. Having been 'starved' overnight, he headed out early to catch some mice for breakfast, thus missing his appointment and leaving me with time on my hands to bake. As baking is for sharing, Katie will head back to Stirling today with some in a tin.
