The Beach

I suspect that the local name for St John's churchyard is the beach because locals eat there lunch and enjoy the sunshine on the grass. For an area with so much use it's lovely to see that it isn't too untidy. I know the vicar picks up litter and various others, and the local amenity gardeners make a superb job on the flower beds.
