Why don't kids want to sleep??

It's so frustrating when they both lie there, toss and turn for a whole hour, complain about being too hot and too cold, too bright and too dark, got up to drink water etc.

And they're still not able to fall asleep.

Then next morning they won't want to wake up for preschool.

Argh.
