Studio

So today you just get to go where I went, which is my former college roommate's studio. (I won't tell you how long ago college was.)
She came to college knowing she would be a figurative sculptor, which she is par excellence. Though the art world is only intermittently interested in that. My daughter has gone to the summer camp where I think my former roommate decided she would be a sculptor. Oh oh...
It is fun to see the world even if fleetingly and incompletely, through someone else's eyes, who is doing something so different from oneself.
But I don't think she would be equally interested in the Egyptian military, frankly.
