Rest day

After our overnight expedition into the Rocky Mountains today was our first day of rest. The tumbling river ranch is a fabulous place to have a holiday - I can't recommend it highly enough , it's fantastic on every level.

We attended our second yoga class of the week and also had a massage ( not very cowboy ) .

Tomorrow is our last full day and it's rodeo !!
