Hoverfly on Alyssum
I've had a pretty sedentary day today processing all the photos from last week's tour which I guess is not a bad thing as we have had a hectic month or so. The allotment has gone mad again whilst we have been away so Tony brought down some of the produce and we have made vegetable mulligatawny from the marrows and pickled the beetroot. Tomorrow I'll make my tomato soup supply for work and Tony will make blackcurrant jam.
When the sun came out briefly this morning we noticed the remaining flowers in the garden were heavy with insect life and hoverflies always do the business when it comes to blips!
