Tomorrow Jacca is catching the bus to civilisation and then the coach to Bristol. He is staying with a friend, and will pick up his GCSE results later in the week.

Dozy managed to scrap 3 A's and is off to Exeter Uni soon. She is going to study French and Spanish which is a 4 year course - however it seems she may pop home occasionally to do her washing, eat food and rob me blind.

Today I sent a letter to Maaaaaaaarrrrrm at Buckingham Palace. The customer wanted to send it Signed For. I could not help wondering if Lizzie herself would be signing ER on the Postman's little PDA thing.
