Mono Monday ~ Connections

The shoulder bone is connected to the arm bone, the arm bone is connected to.....
I have had not one but two physio appointments today for my frozen shoulder. The first, this morning, was with my 'normal' physio who gave my shoulder some manual manipulation!!! And a new exercise to do. The second, this afternoon, was to see if the hydro dilatory injection had worked and whether I needed a second. They are pleased with my progress and at the moment I don't require another injection. Another physio appointment in a couple of weeks ~ I must do my exercises!!!
