Macbeth

I went over to Edinburgh today to meet my sister-in-law and go to see the Great Tapestry of Scotland at the Scottish Parliament. We were bowled over by the extent, beauty and attention to detail of the exciting work (143 metres long and completed by over 1000 volunteers). I took many pictures and finally chose this one because this is Macbeth and the image contrasts with the cartoon version I blipped on Saturday. Macbeth reigned for 17 years peacably and was done no favours by Shakespeare.

My sister-in-law brought her husband and 2yo grand-daughter as well and we had a happy day together. 2yo had a ball for an hour in the Parliament creche
