Banker

Did one of my favourite walks today, mainly to see if there were any fungi around. There were a few, but nothing to write home about. There were plenty of birds - highlights being Jays, Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Nuthatches and Spotted Flycatchers. The Bank Voles were at their usual spot, and showing well. I counted 5 on the stone stile where they live, at one point. It's always a joy to see them.
