Can It Get Any Worse?.....Yes.

Not my typical blip but had to share this one. In the U.S., not sure if it's hit the U.K. yet, businesses can advertise with these small bill boards as long as the person holding it is in constant motion, (including feet). They are everywhere, incredibly annoying with an occasional talented kid who makes every effort to be entertaining. Well someone tried to one up it by having this mannequin stand there, she has automated arms to keep the sign moving but the legs don't. Hopefully it will be banned soon, all we need are these things on every corner.
