Homemade Welshcakes

Yum. Hot, fresh welshcakes, slightly doughy in the middle. Heaven.

I was leafletting this morning and was followed by a gorgeous and friendly black labrador, and it was standing on the corner and I took a photo although he started moving towards me as I did so it wasn't quite in focus. Then I had champagne round my neighbours flat and her cat did a ninja on the camera, paw batting at the lens. Awesome shot but again slightly out of focus.

Then we all went to Nandos and came back and made welshcakes. Oh so gorgeous. Nothing quite like a great day with friends, and having some great food in with that!
