Oss, inks and risps......
.....I've been scanning some more 35mm slides from the 70's this morning (it's still a bit windy and cold out and I'm a wuss!), this is a detail from one of them. And just look at those prices, 7p for 'freshly made every time' candy floss, 25p for a bow and arrow (an essential item for a day on the beach, no family album is complete without a picture of Dad buried in the sand with a rubber-suckered arrow on his forehead and his tongue hanging out after all), kiddies 'bathers' for 50p, a shocking pink towel for 65p, gents shorts 95p (mind you, I'm not sure how well they would have sold given they're rival footy team Sunderland's colours;-))......I don't know how much a can of Cresta was though......
