Rainy Weather

A day of Panel papers (tiresome), big shop, cooking, cleaning and then an episode of The West Wing for a little light relief.

Around the time I took this shot, I was in the kitchen in the middle of cooking, slightly frustrated at a number of things. Radio Four was playing Listen Again, a round up of pieces you might have missed during the week. They replayed an interview by Jenni Murray with Lauren Bacall where Ms Bacall repeated that famous line 'you know how to whistle, don't you?'. I stopped everything to listen to her. It was a special moment of just Lauren Bacall and me. Thank you Radio Four for facilitating our union.
