The Personal Trainer

This is my personal trainer.

Well not really but I let him think he is.
Grant and I jogged to the top of Papamoa Hills this afternoon, I'm learning new words and how they remind you that you should not have too many beers during the weekend.
Lunges, Dips, Sit Ups, Press Ups, Squats, and Crunches. - all while jogging up and down again.

On top of that he has a fracture in his 12th vertebrae.

This guy is nuts and who am I to argue with him .
