Zeke's Official Birthday Party!

This is a collage of the happy one year old! Here you'll see a variety of images from his special day. His Daddy printed out the 12 monthly shots he had taken of Z. There were several picture boards and posters.Many friends and family were there and some little wee pals he has made came too. Zeke loves to share and he did so generously with his birthday cake. His Daddy made him a vegan "smash" cake with special veggie frosting that he loved. He offered up pieces to his Daddy and his mommy as seen in this collage. He offered anyone who came close to him a piece.

Zeke was excited with his gifts and on special habit he has it to kiss each gift. He would open a book and see a puppy and kiss the puppy in the picture. He kissed the Box with the fisher price train in it. He is a very sweet boy. He looked quite dapper in his bow tie and then his special tuxedo bib his cousin A found for him.

It was a very wonderful day for Z and all who came and was celebrated at a nearby park and the weather cooperated! What a memory we will have of this very special day. I remember oh so well the speedy drive down to Portland a year ago at night on the 15th when we got the text that the "water had broke"! I was up in a flash and yelled at Big R that we had to go and threw our packed bags in, called for a dog sitter friend to come and off we went. And today we celebrated the beautiful baby boy born that night! We are so thankful to have him with us today!!!!
