Sugarless desert cake

Paladian made this special cake for lunch with Hrubieszowianka and her family today. It was the results of several experimental versions, all delicious, as P perfected this sugarless and flourless chocolate cake.

It does contain a sweetener called NORBU which is not as sweet as Stevia. It tastes quite natural. There is no bitter after taste like some other sweeteners. It is perfect for baking, and in Australia it is found in most supermarkets.

We had a great lunch and wonderful afternoon with the Hrubs family including the magpie feeding floor show!
