Hare Spring

I haven't blipped the Comiston Springs for a while but passed this one today.

One of three located in private gardens in the area, it is a fine example of appropriate care of the springhead, unlike these and this on Council ground. Some years ago we were privileged to see inside that door but the sight is not that impressive, being a layer of gravel through which clear spring water rose up, which is then piped to the cistern.

There are still a few springheads that could be blipped, each with its own characteristics.
