who called this meeting?

The pond off our patio teems with wildlife. Depending on the season, we have observed turtles, fish, herons, egrets, an occasional alligator, and even a river otter! This morning, some ducks made an appearance and were feeding within range of the camera. Within a couple of months, we'll undoubtedly see some ducklings - a sign of renewal and rebirth that comes each spring.
