York

The Big Bloke and the Ginger Lad had a boys' day out in York today with visits to The Dungeon, the Castle Museum, Clifford's Tower and the Railway Museum. They brought back loads of great photos but I was rather taken with this one, which is from the World War 1 exhibition at the Castle Museum. Coincidentally, I watched the first episode of BBC3's Our World War today on catch-up and can highly recommend it.

The less said about mine and the Big Lad's excursion to Glanford Park this afternoon, the better. After two games we are anchoring the table with a 3-1 and a 4-0 defeat. Life in League One is going to be tough.
