Siblings

Gala day. Up reasonably early to heat up water for the scout tent hand washing and then an adventurous cycle up to the gala, with the mutt running alongside and occasionally stopping abruptly. Excitement.

The gala itself was ... err... mainly intended for the kids so the grumpy old men stood around in a circle grumping while the kids ran riot. A grumpy old git shed might be on the cards for next year. While we stood, Rusty and his sister bit lumps out of each other in a good natured, fun sort of a way.

After that it was off to the Moores for heaps of great tuck and lashings of beer. Then a cycle home in the dark and drizzle.
