Tyre damage

Spent much of the day tidying in the garden. While the grass hasn't grown much while we've been away, the bushes and larger stuff has gone manic. About two thirds of it has now been cut back to manageable levels. The problem is the green bin is full and still lots to get rid of. Of that, much of what is left is pyrocantha. Evil stuff to handle - ouch!

Was about to go off to do the food shop when I saw a cable clip stuck in the front tyre of my car - ouch again. Mid Saturday afternoon - probable the busiest time for tyre places. Anyway, it was straight off to my local place for some emergency surgery. 90 minutes wait - ouch again...

It's like being at the dentist waiting for the decision can it be repaired. Thankfully this time yes.
