King Lear

Had a lovely day doing all the sightseeing things in Stratford before an early pre theatre meal down by the river and then a fabulous evening in the theatre.
All of the gardens and parks around the Shakespeare Trust properties were just gorgeous. And in most there are these bronze sculptures depicting scenes and characters from the plays. This is a detail of King Lears face in the garden of the house Shakespeare bought when he returned from London and was already quite successful and wealthy.
