SPEEDY CHOPPER

I hear they are starting to make that iconic bicycle of the 1980’s again – The Chopper Bicycle.
Well, here is a real chopper, which probably cost a lot more. The windy weather did not seem to be a problem. I think he was trying to fly under it all.
