Planning over breakfast.

We found a place we can think of as our next home. With a few little changes I know it will be perfect for us. Now we just have to contact the designer of the house and see what he's willing to do for us.
I'm a bit confused right now. One minute I'm very excited to move to a new house and the next minute I can't think of moving away. I guess it's a difficult decision to make to move from a house you've been living in for 21 happy years even though I know that "home is where your heart is" .
