Packed Lunches

I have resisted sending my daughter to school with a packed lunch for two reasons - first of all it would mean I'd have to find time in the morning to make it, and second of all I'd have to find time in the evening to cook a main meal. On my working days this would just not be possible. However this week I've had to make her a packed lunch for her science camp. And after discovering on Monday that my husband hasn't managed to feed our son whilst looking after him and the office I expanded to preparing lunch for all three of them. Actually three picked lunches is very little more extra effort than one.
