Driving Rain

We headed down to Sheboygan to meet up with my folks, my brother, and his son for dinner. It was a college send off party for my son and my nephew.

Despite the rain we took a walk after dinner to see what had not been rained out at Earth Day in the square. A group played on in the band shell and those who did not retreat from the rain danced in the puddles.

We did not bring up that my wife's dad passed Friday night. We wanted the night to be about the future and new beginings.
