Not suitable for vegetarians
Went to the Farmer's Market today and got myself a couple venison medallions, I then did a bit more miscellaneous shopping and had a couple pints at Cloisters. So no exciting Blips today (it was cold a windy out), here is one of the venison medallions, no fancy recipes or sauces, just lightly fried in a pan and then a bit of French Roulé Cheese (which had herbs & garlic in it) on top. The gooey mess at the back is mashed potatoes with more melted cheese over it. The medallions were delicious and cooked just as I like them, seared on the outside and medium rare inside.
