Integrated Flock on the Rock

These birds on Tillamook Bay seem to like hanging together. Pelicans, cormorants and the lone sea gull were sitting on a rock exposed at low tide. I have watched these same birds all chasing the same bait balls.....but sitting together in the sun? Usually the pelicans dive and make a big slash that all the other birds take advantage of to catch the stunned fish.
