SNOWDROPS:

A group of snowdrops in one of my back tubs. They were probably at their best at the beginning of August........you can see they're passing over !

On the wall I have a plate of the Great Wall in China, which I visited in 2010. I always looked upon China as being the home of blue & white plates, so naturally I thought it would be quite easy to buy one of the Great Wall. Great was my disappointment ! Although I searched high & wide, Beijing to Shanghai, it was impossible to find a blue & white one, so I had to make do with this coloured one.......which I don't particularly like !
