Champagne tasting par excellence

Went to the Pommery champagne bar today and had a champagne flight to taste with strawberries and antipasti. Bill had a beer flight with wedges. Beautiful food, amazing tasting, great service and what can I say about the champagne ... What a way to spend a few hours.
