Dense blazing star

Out all day today..... Been over to see mum and sis. Shopping, lunch out, more shopping, followed by a trip back to mums house for a pitstop and a quick cuppa! Mum had been cutting back in her garden and accumulated quite a pile of "stuff" that needed further cutting up so it would fit into her recycling bin. It was to thick for her to get the secatuers through! She also took delivery of a new solar water feature a few days ago, so that has now been assembled, all we need now is some sun to power it up! After this, out again, grocery shopping this time.....eventually back to mums again, oven on, groceries away, tea at 6.15, left at 7.15 home for 8pm. A quick dash out into the garden to grab a blip, this liatris spicata is one of only a hanful of flowers still looking nice after all the wind and rain! Now for a couple of days peace and quiet all being well. Having said that, it's our daughters birthday tomorrow, so we are off out for lunch with her........no rest for the wicked!!!! ( I must have been really bad ;-))
