Baking day

3rd attempt at the bakewell, first one and the pastry didn't cook properly but the sponge was almost perfect and light, second and the pastry was done perfectly but the sponge wasn't right in the middle, this time and it all seems to have come together just right!

Did some carrot cakes as well as I just fancied one!
