We went into town today to check our what the Edinburgh festival had to offer for kids and their slightly disorganised parents. Quite a lot for them to see, lots of people to dodge, but probably not a lot to keep them amused apart from the Kids Zone at the Pleasance. Still, we will (literally) have a T-shirt to show for our effort, which should be delivered to our daughter sometime in Edinburgh.
After lunch we wandered onto George Street and more crowd-dodging. We did check out Venue 205 which had an arts and craft on display. This subject was one of the artisans whose work was on display on the walls behind her. I almost rejected this frame on technical grounds as my flash hadn't recycled in time, so this is an unintended available-light shot. I now quite like the look.
